Happy Birthday Grandma!

Today is my Scottish Grandma's birthday. This was supposed to be my birthday too, but I was enjoying myself so much in mummy's tummy this time last year that I decided to wait another 10 days before entering the world.

Seeing as this is such a special day, I decided to finally stand long enough for mummy to get a few pictures of me proudly demonstrating my new skills!

Balloon Bunny

My daddy is very clever. He can make all kinds of animals out of balloons. He made me this cool pink bunny the other day and I loved it!

Right up until I touched it that is! What a weird feeling.

A Closer Look

I still enjoy bouncing up and down in the excersaucer, but now that I'm so mobile I like to explore too. This thing is just amazing. I have a wee look everyday to try and figure out how it's made....or how I could take it apart!

What's the story?

Well it's been a busy week! Mummy bought me a new Balamory DVD recently and it is now officially my favourite TV program. I love it. The closer you can get to the TV the better!


Here's a few other things that have been keeping me busy....

I've been getting lots of exercise.




I discovered how to hide behind the curtains. Hours of fun!


My favourite activity is making a mess. I just love emptying boxes and cupboards and taking everything off the bookshelf.






Thankfully mummy doesn't really mind when I make a mess as long as I help her tidy up afterwards. I'm not very good at putting things back in the box or onto the shelf yet, but I love it when she lets me help her hoover and mop!

Family Photo Shoot

Mummy and daddy needed a nice photo of the three of us to send to our church in Scotland for the misisonary calendar they make every year. We had lots of fun playing on the swings trying to get the pefect shot. Here are a few of the best pictures.

Hi Ho! Hi Ho! It's off to work we go!

Grandpa was very busy at work one day and so I popped in to help out a little. He wanted me to write down a few things for him but I already had my eye on the keyboard!

I told him everyone uses computers these days and it would be much faster if I did some typing. I think he was pretty impressed with my work. I told him Grandma taught me everything I know! :-)

Answering the telephone was my favourite part of the job.

And sitting in the big chair all by myself was pretty cool too.



Grandpa said I did a fantastic job and Claire and Sheena had better watch out.

Happy Birthday Grandpa!

I was so pleased to be in Scotland for my Grandpa's birthday this year, especially because it meant I got to try a little piece of chocolate birthday cake! Yummy!

Mummy helped me wrap my present for Grandpa but it looked so nice that I almost changed my mind about giving it to him and thought about keeping it for myself. He liked my present alot.
